If you need to change the shipping address for your order, please contact our support team as soon as possible.
Please include:
- Your order number;
- The full name and email address used for the order;
- The complete updated shipping address.
OVAL will try to update the address before order processing begins. However, an address change cannot be guaranteed once the order has entered processing or has been shipped.
For security purposes, OVAL may ask you to verify your order information before updating the shipping address.
